The Genetic predisposition to colorectal cancer research group is leaded by Dr. Sergi Castellví Bel at the Institut d’Investigaciones Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer. Our main objective is to identify new genes and genetic variants involved in germline predisposition to colorectal cancer in order to improve clinical surveilance in the disease.
